Bahrain - Deadline for Economic Substance report extended to 30th June 2020

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism (MOICT), Kingdom of Bahrain has extended the deadline for filing economic substance regulation (ESR) report for all companies whose financial year ended on 31st December 2019. These companies were due to file an ESR return by 31st March 2020 but now have tot file by 30th June 2020. Penalties for failure to file will come into force from 1st July 2020.
